After a home safety assessment I can recommend services, products and professionals in our community that will improve the quality of life and ensure safe independent living. This may include lifelines, med reminders, grab bars, personal care or homemaking.

Peace of Mind

Providing a functional screen and case notes is a great way to keep everyone in the loop about your loved one's care and progress, especially if they live far away or are unable to be involved in day-to-day care. As a third-party advocate, I can provide an objective perspective and help facilitate difficult discussions in a productive and respectful manner.
